
Israeli forces Thursday injured three Palestinians with live and rubber bullets in Tulkarem while three Palestinians were injured and dozens of others suffocated after inhaling teargas during clashes south of Hebron.
Israeli forces shot two Palestinians with live rounds in their lower body and hit a third Palestinian with a rubber bullet in the head during clashes the broke out in the Palestine Technical University.
Local sources said clashes resumed on Thursday between Palestinian students and Israeli forces in the Palestine Technical University Kadoorie; Injured Palestinians were rushed to Thabet Hospital for medical treatment.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian youth with a live bullet in his leg and two others with rubber-coated metal bullets in al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron.
Dozens of Palestinians suffocated due to inhaling teargas fired at them during clashes with Israeli forces in al-Fawwar refugee camp.
According to witnesses, Israeli army forces, accompanied with an ambulance and a bulldozer, raided al Fawwar refugee camp from its western entrance, firing a barrage of tear gas canisters and live bullets at Palestinian houses, after news that Israeli soldiers were trapped in the refugee’s alleys while trying to reach the home of the martyr Mohammad Shobaki, who succumbed to his wounds on Wednesday on the camp's entrance.
Witnesses told WAFA the Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance transferred some of the injured to Abu al-Hasan al-Qasem hospital in the nearby town of Yatta, due to the closure of the main entrance and ambulance crews' restricted access to hospitals in Hebron.
In a statement issued Thursday, the Ministry of Health said an elderly suffered moderate head injuries due to the collapse of a retaining wall as Israeli soldiers stormed the refugee camp.
