A Russian submarine equipped with cruise missiles has entered the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea and is near the coast of Syria, the Russian news agency Interfax reported Tuesday, quoting a source.
The submarine is equipped with missiles similar to those used by the warships of Russia's Caspian flotilla to strike Daesh targets, the source was quoted as saying.
