Supplies of Russian weaponry to Syria’s legitimate government do not encroach on international law, President Vladimir Putin said Sunday after talks with British Prime Minister David Cameron. Along with it, he admitted that both Syria’s irreconcilable opposition and the government have responsibility to bloodletting in the much-troubled country.
