
Turkey’s Ambassador to Egypt Huseyin Avni Botsali has returned to Cairo Thursday after consultations concerning recent developments in Egypt were completed . Upon arrival in Cairo, Huseyin Avni Botsali told reporters that his country is keen that Egypt should be stronger and unified, adding that Turkey is keen on the stability of Egypt, the continuation of partnership relations between the two countries and stability in the region. In response to Turkey’s decision to return its ambassador to Cairo, spokesman of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said in a statement yesterday that the two countries have decided to withdraw their ambassadors for consultations, stressing that the decision of returning the Turkish ambassador to his office is a sovereign and independently decision .He noted that there is no intention of returning the-Egyptian Ambassador to Ankara at the moment.
