UAE to participate in meeting of NATO Defence Ministers on Friday

The UAE Minister of State for Defence Affairs, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, arrived this evening in the Polish capital, Warsaw, heading a high-level UAE military delegation comprising a number of senior officers and officials of the Ministry of Defence, to take part in the meeting of NATO Defence Ministers, which will begin on Friday and last for two days.
More than 28 countries will attend the meeting.
Al Bowardi was received upon arrival at the Warsaw Airport by Dr. Youssef Issa Hassan Al Sabri, UAE Ambassador to Poland, Saeed Obaid Mohammed Al Kaabi, Permanent Representative of the State to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), and a number of senior officers from the Polish defence ministry.
