
As many as 288 Egyptians have returned home from Libya via Salloum crossing over the past 24 hours, said Marsa Matrouh security chief Mokhtar el Senbary on Sunday.
Of all the returnees, 227 Egyptians arrived legally arrived from Libya and 61 traveled illegally, he noted.
Also, the travel procedures of 389 passengers, including 21 Egyptians and 368 Libyans, have been finalized.
As for trucks, some 126 trucks arrived from r Libya and 98 trucks departed via Salloum over the past 24 hours.
