Security forces arrested five Muslim Brotherhood members in Alexandria wanted over charges of staging protests and inciting violence.
According to a statement by the Alexandria Security Directorate, the five members were arrested in the Alexandria districts of El Raml and El Dekheila.
Fireworks and leaflets were found in the possession of three of them in El Raml.
The two others were arrested during an MB protest on the Alexandria-Matrouh highway, while chanting slogans against the army and police.
