Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil el Araby condemned on Thursday the hideous crimes committed by the Houthi militants and forces loyal to Yemen's former president Ali Abdullah Saleh against the Yemeni people.
Also, he deplored the Houthi random shelling of the residential buildings in Taiz governorate where members of Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) are making significant advancement.
He made the remarks during a meeting with Yemeni Foreign Minister Ryad Yassin and his accompanying delegation.
During the gathering, Araby said the AL supports Yemen's Legitimate President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi and all exerted efforts to help all Yemeni institutions to regain security and stability to the country.
The AL chief called for abiding by the UN Security Council Resolution No.2216, the outcome of the national dialogue and the Gulf initiative as well as its executive mechanism.
Furthermore, the meeting touched on the latest developments on the ground.
