DM to organise Smart Week at Al Twar Centre

The Information Technology Department of Dubai Municipality is to organise Smart Week at Al Twar Centre from 18th to 22nd December.
Mohammed Abdulla Al Zaffin, Director of the IT Department at Dubai Municipality, said, "By organising the activities of the Smart Week initiative, Dubai Municipality seeks to enable customers to see the latest services and apps and will provide a detailed explanation to customers about how to use the systems and complete self-transactions in record time and also obtain their views and experience."
"Municipality staff will accompany all participating customers and will brief them on the steps involved which will enable them to complete the transaction themselves," he said.
