
Consistent with its future plans and with the support of its Board, Gulf Navigation Holding has entered into a strategic contract with the Deloitte Consulting to provide the necessary advisory support for the acquisition of a huge maritime fleet.
"This is a strategic step toward the company’s goal to which we aspire to be the reliably arm in all circumstances in the United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region in the provision of comprehensive and distinguished maritime services, high quality in the assets management, global competition not only in the petrochemical shipping services but in the other maritime shipping sectors, supporting of maritime operations, vessels’ services global competition, operations of shipbuilding and repair,'' said Khamis Juma Buamim, Group CEO.
''In case of the completion of this transaction, Gulf Navigation Holding will witness an unprecedented expansion in its maritime fleet, vessels’ management services and other maritime services to become a comprehensive station of maritime services,'' he added.
He declined to disclose any other details of this transaction until completion.
