King Hamad receives call from Palestinian president

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a telephone call from the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. The two sides discussed the latest regional and global developments, and reviewed bilateral relations and joint interests, as well as ways of enhancing joint cooperation. President Abbas lauded HM the King’s efforts to support the Palestinian cause at the political, humanitarian and development levels, praising the Royal keynote speech at the opening of the Fourth Session of the Third Legislative Term of the Representatives and Shura councils. He wished HM King Hamad further success.
