
The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs recently organised a ceremony to celebrate #UAENationalDay45, marking the founding of the country on 2nd December.
Speaking on the occasion, Noura Bint Mohammad Al Kaabi, Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs, said, "Celebrating the 45th anniversary highlights the great achievements that our nation has made over the past years under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who has carried the torch and continued the efforts of our founding fathers."
"Forty-five years ago, the people of the UAE set great goals for the country, and cemented the unity of the state," she added. "We uphold these principles every day, with every accomplishment our country achieves. It is an occasion for all of us to play a part in upholding the achievements, the preservation of heritage, and to express pride in our success."
During the celebrations, a presentation on "Emirates Mars Mission", was given by Omran Sharaf, Project Manager, to highlight the role of innovation in achieving the UAE’s vision. The activities also included a ceremony honouring organisational excellence, as well as the employees who came up with innovative proposals and solutions.
