Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel Aal said that what is said by TV host Ibrahim Issa on Al Qahera Wal Nas TV talk show is considered an act of inciting violence.
Issa's remarks are not an offence but a felony, he added during today's session.
Abdel Aal also urged Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Magdy el Agaty to review the episode which was aired on Issa's program and tackled the law on building churches.
Issa said that there is an article which bans the Copts to raise crucifixes on the wall of churches, according to Abdel Aal.
Abdel Aal further said that this article was not mentioned in 14 drafts of the bill, adding that the General Authority for Investment did not take any step in this respect.
He also said that Issa wants to ignite sedition and destroy the state.
