Head of the Egyptian educational mission to Sudan Sherif el Maghrabi asserted that scientific and cultural cooperation between Cairo and Khartoum witnessed improvement and development in the era of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
In an interview with MENA in Khartoum, Maghrabi said that the consecutive Egyptian educational missions to Sudan played a pivotal role in supporting the positive ties between Egypt and Sudan.
He said that Egypt presented free educational services to the Sudanese via Egyptian education institutions.
The Egyptian educational mission in Sudan had several accomplishments in the era of Sisi, he said.
A news headquarters for the mission was established and four schools affiliated to the mission were reopened and operated after being closed for eight years for different reasons, he said.
The mission is keen on maintaining good ties and permanent contact with the educational field in Sudan, he added.
The Egyptian Education Ministry is keen on the educational process in the mission's schools, he pointed out.
