Dar Al Iftaa's Takfiri Fatwa Observatory has warned that Daesh elements are expected to flee to neighboring countries in view of a crackdown on them in Syria, Iraq and Libya.
In a report on Tuesday, the observatory cautioned that Daesh's defeat in several battles in Syria, Iraq and Libya and loss of several hotbeds would prod the terrorist organization into fleeing to various regional countries and forming sleeper cells.
The terror group has changed its tack from direct confrontation to fleeing, hiding away from authorities and carrying out decentralized terror operations, the observatory said.
The observatory called on states to change policy for military confrontation to guerrilla war to be able to confront sleeper cells.
