
Assistant Under-Secretary for Protocol Affairs at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Shehab Ahmed Mohammed Al Fahim, on Tuesday received the credentials of a number of non-resident ambassadors to the UAE.
These included Mohamed Sad Ouro-Sama, Ambassador of Togo; Ambassador of Samoa, Faalavaau Perina Jacqueline; Ambassador of Estonia, Sander Soone; Ambassador of Niger; Amadou Sonrhai; Ambassador of Malawi,Wilfred Ali; Ambassador of the Vatican, Archbishop Francisco Padilla; Ambassador of Lithuania, Arvydas Daunoravicius; Ambassador of the Bahamas, Tony Joudi; Ambassador of Paraguay, Angel Ramon Cibils; Ambassador of Cambodia, Tan Bunpa; Ambassador of Georgia, Roland Beridze, and Ambassador of Namibia, Japhet Isaack.
Al Fahim wished the new ambassadors success in their missions in enhancing relations and co-operation between the UAE and their respective countries.
The accredited envoys expressed their delight at representing their countries in the UAE citing the prestigious regional and international stature it has earned thanks to the policy pursued by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
