
Prime Minister Mohammed Salem Basindwa met on Wednesday with the Tunisian ambassador to Yemen Jamal al-Jowayli to bid farewell on the occasion of ending his tenure.
In the meeting, Basindwa valued highly the role played by the Tunisian ambassador during his term in serving the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries.
The prime minister praised the level of the existing relations between Yemen and Tunisia, confirming the mutual keenness to develop them in all fields.
The Tunisian ambassador expressed his appreciation for the care and attention he received during his tenure in Yemen at the official and popular levels, affirming his country's support to the Yemeni people.
The meeting touched on the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and the joint efforts to boost them especially at the economic level to serve the common interests of the two brotherly peoples of Yemen and Tunisia.
