A suicide bomb attack in Chad's capital N'Djamena on Saturday killed 15 people and wounded 74 others, police spokesman said.
National police spokesman Paul Manga said the 15 people who were killed in the attack include 6 men and 9 women.
He said the man dressed as a woman wearing a burqa detonated the explosives when the police tried to arrest him at the southern entrance of the central market in N'Djamena, adding that the suicide bomber is also killed.
On June 15, two suicide bomb attacks took place in N'Djamena, leaving 38 people killed and over 100 injured. The Chadian government blamed that Boko Haram was behind these attacks.
Chad sent troops to neighboring Cameroon, Nigeria and Niger to work with these countries to fight against Boko Haram.
