
As many as 38 Russian tourists were hurt in a bus crash near the town of Dalaman in Turkey’s Marmaris resort on Saturday. The bus owned by Pegas Turistik travel company was on its way from Marmaris to Dalyan along a winding road. Passengers told Itar-Tass that the diver had fallen asleep and lost control of the vehicle. The bus went onto the ongoing lane, then hit a tree and overturned. On Sunday, the Russian consulate general in Antalya confirmed the accident. According to the consulate, 38 people received minor injuries, none of them were hospitalized. An investigation is underway.
