A California couple, their daughter and two other people died in a weekend plane crash in South Lake Tahoe, Calif., a family member says. Despite the statement by Jesus de la Mora of the Fresno area that his brother, Francisco de la Mora, was killed in Saturday night crash of the Piper PA32 along with his wife, daughter and two others, authorities had not released the identities of any of the victims or even confirmed the number dead, KOLO-TV, Reno, Nev., reported. The single-engine plane is registered in Francisco de la Mora's name, the TV station said El Dorado County Sheriff's Department officials cautioned that they had not been able to confirm details of the downed plane because of the intense fire after the crash. The cause of the mishap had not been determined.
