According to preliminary data, seven people died in the rains-caused flood, and 1,120 people, among them 280 children, have found themselves in the flood zone,” an official at the Russian Ministry for Emergencies (RME) information department told Russia’s (Itar-Tass) News Agency on Wednesday.
