A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) F-7 fighter aircraft crashed in /Bahakar/ Area in Punjab province, northeastern Pakistani due to technical malfunction. The pilot was wounded while nother person on the ground was killed which the aircraft''s oil tank set ablaze on the ground. PAF in a statement said that the incident took place close to Mianwali training area when the aircraft was on a routine operational training mission. It said that the two pilots, one a woman pilot, have managed to eject of the aircraft safely but they were wounded and were moved to hospital for treatment. A board of inquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of accident.
