At least 10 people were injured in a bomb attack on a police station in Istanbul early Monday morning, local media reported.
Two attackers were killed in an exchange of fire with police after the explosion of a bomb-laden vehicle in the Fatih Police Station in Sultanbeyli district one hour after midnight.
According to the semi-official Anatolia news agency, three policemen were among the wounded, who were taken to the Sultanbeyli State Hospital.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, but the police department said that it was orchestrated by "terrorists".
Police have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the perpetrators of the attack and have increased security at the police station.
