At least seven people including two women were killed and more than ten were injured when a minibus collided head-on with a truck near Mach tehsil in south-west Pakistan early on Tuesday. The Levies personnel and locals gathered at the scene of the accident and started rescue operation, according to Pakistan's (Dunya) News. The injured have been shifted to Mach Civil Hospital. Separately, a shop of gas cylinder caught fire due to the short circuit, gutting various shops and a hotel in Timergara bus stand area of Lower Dir in the wee hours of Tuesday. According to the police, the gas cylinders in the shops were also exploded due to the high intensity of fire. Fire brigade succeeded in extinguishing the fire. 25 shops and a hotel were completely destroyed.
