A bus carrying university students in southeast Brazil's state of Sao Paolo overturned, killing 18 passengers, media reported on Thursday.
The accident occurred around 11 p.m. local time (02:00 GMT) Wednesday night along a highway linking the cities of Mogi das Cruzes and Bertioga, Brazilian news agency Globo reported on its website.
According to reports, 15 of the passengers died at the scene, including the driver.
The bus was carrying 46 passengers, mainly students, when the driver lost control of the vehicle and the bus swerved out of its lane and turned over, crashing into a cliffside by the road.
