At least six passengers were injured Thursday afternoon in an explosion in Tulsipur bus park of Dang district in mid-western Nepal. An improvised explosion device went off inside a bus when its was leaving Tulsipur for Salyan at around 1.00 p.m. local time, said Police Inspector of Tulsipur Area Madan Kumar Thapa. The wounded who have sustained minor injuries are undergoing treatment at local hospital in Tulsipur, according to the police. The bus has also been damaged in the explosion, the police said, adding that they had carried out an investigation into the incident.
