A Minnesota man who was a foster father and mentored children in an aviation program has been charged with sexually assaulting four young boys, authorities say. Chad Michael Geyen, 44, of Ramsey, was charged in Anoka County District Court Wednesday and was being held in the county jail, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reported. He faces three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, but allegedly assaulted two of the boys hundreds of times and authorities suspect there could be other victims, the newspaper said. Geyen, a father of two who volunteers with the Experimental Aircraft Association's Young Eagles program, has flown with more than 100 children, the group's website states. The Sheriff's Office said he also volunteered with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program for several years, though a representative for the organization said there was no record of his involvement. The criminal complaint against Geyen states he met his first alleged victim, a 5 year-old boy who later became his foster child and is now 26, through his mentoring. The complaint says Geyen allegedly fondled the boy's genitals "at least 100 times" and also is accused of performing oral sex on that boy's young cousin, now 24, "hundreds of times" at Geyen's home and cabin. Two other alleged victims, brothers ages 8 and 11, said they were abused in the past year, the newspaper said. Bail was set for Geyen at $1.5 million without conditions or $500,000 with the stipulation he has no contact with minors.
