French FM to visit China

Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of France Alain Juppe will make an official visit to China from Sept. 12 to 14, at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, Chinese foreign ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu announced Tuesday. During his stay in China, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi will hold talks with him. Chinese leaders will also meet with him, according to Jiang. Juppe will also attend the opening ceremony of "French Year in China," Jiang said.
