Iran and Turkey signed an agreement on Tuesday to cooperate on development and management of human resources for 2011 and 2012. The agreement was signed during a meeting between official in charge of human resources and strategic affairs at the Iranian Presidential Office Hajar Tahriri Nik Sefat and Mohammad Tacin Arsalan, head of Civial Servants Affairs Organization affiliated to the Office of the Prime Minister. Studying programs for managers of human resources, electronic governance, job improvement and exchange of expertise on improvement of working conditions in general were te topics discussed and approved by the two sides. The two sides agreed on holding a meeting between the two countries’ experts on improvement of government-related affairs and utilization of electronic governance in 2012.
