Khatami: Fall of dictators is among blessings of Islamic awakening

Substitute Friday prayers leader of Tehran Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami said on Friday that consecutive fall of dictators in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen is among blessings of Islamic awakening. Delivering his second Friday prayers sermon here at Tehran University campus, Ayatollah Khatami said among other blessings of the Islamic awakening movements is the anti-arrogance spirit getting stronger in the region and the world. He said the US, which was once seeking new Middle East in the region, has now become so desperate that in certain regional states, that are ruled by the US agents, people kick on the US flags and chant “down with the US.”
