Abkhazian President Alexander Ankvab began his first visit to Moscow as elected president on Wednesday. Ankvab will hold talks Thursday with President Dmitry Medvedev on issues including Russian aid to Sukhumi, and property rights for Russian residents in the Caucasian republic, according to a Kremlin source.
