Prime Minister Mark Rutte and his People's Party for Freedom and Democracy claimed the most seats in the Netherlands' parliamentary elections, results indicated. Rutte, elected to a second term, and his party claimed 41 seats and the Labor Party won 39, for a combined 80 seats in the 150-member parliament, DutchNews.nl reported Thursday. The Socialist Party won 15 seats, the same as it has now. DutchNews said the biggest loser was the right-wing, anti-immigration Party for Freedom. The party won 15 seats, nine less than it currently has.
