Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade will face his former prime minister Macky Sall in a presidential run-off election, the country's election commission said Wednesday. Wade collected 34.85 percent of the vote in the February 26 election, compared to Sall's 26.57 percent. Moustapha Niasse, another former prime minister of Wade, collected 13.2 percent. The run-off will be held on either March 18 or 25.
