
A department store in Jyvaskylaof, central Finland was evacuated after emergency services received a bomb treat on Monday, local media reported. After receiving a call threatening a bomb would explode in the department store, police immediately evacuated customers from the store, closed the shopping mall and started searching for the alleged explosive device. According to latest information from police, no bomb was found and the department store reopened hours later. The police detained an intoxicated man who was suspected of providing the false information. A supermarket in the same area received a similar bomb treat in April 2011, which also turned out to be false threat.
