Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa met with his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban on Monday to focus on bilateral economic cooperation and minority issues. On his first official visit to Slovenia, Orban said he was looking to boost investments and the construction of infrastructural projects and energy networks. Jansa and Orban are expected to sign a framework agreement on the development of crossborder road links, according to the PM's office. Hungary is Slovenia's sixth biggest trade partner. Trade between the two countries was worth 1.5 billion euros (1.9 billion U.S. dollars) in 2011, according to official figures.
