Vahidi: Iran has filed a lawsuit against Russia for S-300 missile

Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics Brigadier-General Ahmad Vahidi said on Thursday that the Islamic Republic of Iran has filed a lawsuit against Russia for non-delivery of S-300 missile system. Speaking to IRNA, he said the case has been taken to international arbitration. Vahidi made the remarks on the sidelines of the parade of Iranian military forces during a ceremony marking the country’s national Sacred Defense Week. The minister urged Moscow to fully implement the content of the contract signed on sales of S-300 missile system to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
