
Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawan issued on Thursday 3 indictments against two Syrians and a Palestinian over belonging to terrorism organization and carrying out terrorist acts.
The Judge accused in the first indictment the Syrian Abdel Nasser El-Sheikh of belonging to Daesh and carrying out terrorism acts.
The Judge accused in the second indictment the Palestinian Moujahed Dahsha of belonging to Nusra Front and fighting against the Lebanese Army in Taamir region in Ain El-Helweh and attempting to kill military persons
The third indictment was issued against the Syrian Hussein Al-Ali over belonging to Free Syrian Army, fighting against Syrian Army in Syria and provoking others to fight with him.
