Tom Wilhelmsen finished off four hitless innings by the Seattle bullpen Wednesday, boosting the Mariners to a 3-2 decision over Toronto. Kevin Millwood (6-12) gave up two runs in five innings to win his second straight start and then turned things over to the relief corps. Millwood's back-to-back victories have come since he went six straight starts without one. Shawn Kelley, Josh Kinney, Oliver Perez and Wilhelmsen followed Millwood to the mound and they combined to strike out six. Wilhelmsen recorded his 26th save. Seattle built a 3-0 lead on a solo homer by Miguel Olivo in the second and a two-run single from Franklin Gutierrez in the fourth. Edwin Encarnacion hit a two-run homer for the Blue Jays in the fourth, his 39th of the season. Ricky Romero (8-14) took the loss, giving up all three runs on eight hits in four innings.
