Ajman Club won both their matches to seal their place in the next stage of the inaugural UAE Beach Soccer League. Ajman were in good form with an 8-4 trouncing of Al Hamriya Club in their first match, and they then accounted for Al Arabi 4-1 to assure themselves of being the top qualifier from the Sharjah zone earlier this week. The Sharjah zone has just three teams competing for the two spots in the main part of the league at Al Mamzar Beach next month. Al Hamriya and Al Arabi will play each other later this week, with the winner going through as the second qualifier. Earlier this month, Ittihad Kalba, Dibba Al Hosn and Al Oroobah won through as the three qualifiers from the Fujairah zone. At the end of the event in Sharjah this weekend, all the qualifiers will join the three teams from Dubai at Al Mamzar Beach from April 13 to 21.
