Egypt buys 175,000 tons of wheat from Romania, Ukraine

The General Authority For Supply Commodities (GASC) have signed contracts to import 175,000 tons of wheat at an average price of 192,12 dollars per ton.
In statements on Tuesday, GASC deputy head Mamdouh Abdel Fattah said that 120,000 from Romania and 55,000 from Ukraine have been purchased.
They will be shipped during the period from May 21 to May 31, he added.
