
Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal received, Sunday in Algiers, the Secretary General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (CNUCED), Mukhisa Kituyi, who is on a working visit to Algeria, said the Prime Minister’s Office in a communiqué.
During this meeting, Algeria’s guest presented the viewpoint of the UN instance “on the ways to be implemented to accompany the governments on the sustainable development path.”
For his part, Prime Minister expressed to his guest the Algerian government’s “willingness” and “availability” to contribute to the ongoing efforts to “ensure that multilateral cooperation becomes a strong tool to eradicate poverty in the world,” underlined the communiqué.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Minister of Commerce Amara Benyounes.
