The professor of construction and infrastructure in Germany Victor Rizkallah said the delegation, which will accompany the German Economy Minister Sigmar Gabriel during his visit to Egypt, is a high-profile investment delegation which reflects the confidence of the German investor in the Arab country.
These remarks were made on the sidelines of the German business forum held in the Egyptian Embassy here in preparation for the visit of Gabriel to Egypt where he will be accompanied by a high-level delegation of the German investors.
Rizkallah told MENA that the Egyptian-German economic relations witness various levels of cooperation in the domains of infrastructure, energy, logistics and petrochemicals, adding that the German companies look forward to investing in Egypt and establish factories as well as great ventures.
This entails training the Egyptian engineering cadres and offering them training courses by the German firms so as to upgrade their use of modern and new technology, he underscored.
The professor further reiterated that investment is not confined to ventures but it should be in manpower as well.
