
Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry has exclusively appointed Dulsco, the region’s leading HR solutions provider, to streamline and further develop the human resources capabilities in Jeddah. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to this effect was signed on Thursday between Sheikh Salah Bin Abdullah Kamel, Chairman, JCCI and Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan Abdulla, Chairman, Dulsco at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry headquarters, in Dubai. The MoU will pave the way for Dulsco to approach local partners in Jeddah through joint venture (JV) agreements to boost the HR infrastructure in the region. On its part, Dubai Chamber supported the partnership agreement between its Jeddah counterpart and the Dubai-based Dulsco. The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (JCCI) was seeking a suitable partner that could tap the potential of its local HR capabilities and efficiently utilise it in the development of the region. Sheikh Salah Bin Abdullah Kamel, Chairman, JCCI stated that this strategic partnership will bring together the experience, competence and knowledge of JCCI and Dulsco to develop the HR infrastructure in the region. Sheikh Salah Kamel Bin Abdullah Kamel further emphasised that both parties will co-operate with each other, in which ever way needed to achieve the objectives mentioned in the MoU. In addition, JCCI will work closely with Dulsco in identifying potential companies to partner with and facilitate the process of obtaining the necessary approvals from the government. Abdul Rahman Saif Al Ghurair, Chairman, Dubai Chamber, stated that the agreement signed between the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dulsco HR Solutions at Dubai Chamber will support them in achieving their targeted goals, adding that the role played by Dubai Chamber in facilitating communication between the two parties goes in line with the Chamber’s objective of supporting the development of businesses in Dubai. Al Ghurair further stated that Dubai Chamber was committed to providing all the support to Dubai’s business community in order to enhance its competitiveness in the region as this agreement will also help it consolidate its historical bilateral ties with leading trading partners in the region as well as its counterpart Chamber in Jeddah. Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan Abdulla described the development as a milestone in the company’s history. “We are pleased to be selected by JCCI as its strategic human resources solutions partner and acknowledged for our solutions by Dubai Chamber,” he said.
