63,000 tons of wheat arrive at Alex port

A ship coming from Ukraine arrived at Alexandria port on Saturday, carrying 63,000 tons of wheat on board.
The shipment was unloaded smoothly and some samples were taken to examine whether they are fit for human consumption or not, acting head of Alexandria port Authority Fathi Taha said.
The latest technological methods are being used in linking between all Egyptian ports to facilitate measures for both exporters and importers, he added.
Meantime, light to medium-level rains continued to fall in Alexandria for the second day in a row since the early hours of the morning.
