Dollar trades in mid-82 yen range in early Tokyo deals

The dollar traded at the mid-82 yen level in early Tokyo deals Monday. At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 82.46-47 yen compared with 82.43-53 yen in New York and 82.62-64 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Friday. The euro fetched 1.2995-2997 dollar and 107.16-18 yen against 1. 2980-2990 dollar and 107.08-18 yen in New York and 1.3019-3021 dollar and 107.56-60 yen in Tokyo late Friday afternoon.
