Dollar trades in upper-102¥ range in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded at the upper 102 yen range in Tokyo early Monday morning. At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 102.57-63 yen compared with 102.40-50 yen in New York and 102.40-41 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. on Friday. The euro fetched 1.3814-3815 dollars and 141.69-70 yen against 1.3803-3813 dollars and 141.42-52 yen in New York and 1.3818-3820 dollars and 141.50-54 yen in Tokyo late Friday afternoon.
