
The board of directors of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS) approved Thursday of hosting of the federation's 22nd annual meeting by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The meeting will be held in November with the participation of 30 heads of the Asian and European bourses.
Head of the EGX Mohamed Omran said on the sidelines of chairing the meetings of the FEAS here that the meetings will be held in Sharm el Sheikh.
He further underscored that this step shows the appreciation of the international organizations for the measures taken by the EGX in the issues related to the new markets.
The step also stresses the importance of the efforts exerted by the EGX during the last phase to promote relations at the regional and international levels to boost the Egyptian market.
