Egypt's bourse showed a mixed performance during Wednesday trading amid remarkable purchases by Egyptian and Arab investors following news of Qatar's plans to buy three-billion-dollar bonds, but at the same time intensive sales by foreign investors were also reported. The market capital gained 810 million pounds to reach 357.4 billion pounds. However, EGX 30 benchmark index fell by 0.08 percent to close at 5152,93 points. The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) rose by 0.57 percent to 448,31 points. The all-embracing EGX 100 index also inched up by 0.32 percent to close at 746,86 points.
