
Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) Chairman Mohamad Omran has held several meetings with U.S. investors on the sidelines of his current tour of the U.S. on the government efforts to improve the investment environment in Egypt.
In a statement, EGX said the chairman posted the investors on the new mega projects including the New Suez Canal, North Coast Axis and reclamation of three million feddans.
He also briefed them on the government commitment to improve the investment environment and the establishment of dispute settlement committee.
The statement said the investors hailed the Egyptian government's reform measures that they termed the move as "brave"
