
The French stock market benchmark index CAC 40 closed with a decrease of 1.63 percent at 4,790.20 points on Tuesday, down 79.62 points.
Always affected by the Greek debt crisis, the CAC 40 closed lower on Tuesday with 39 of the 40 selected companies experiencing decrease.
The only company that gained advance on Tuesday was AXA, up 0.13 percent.
The three companies whose stocks dropped most on Tuesday was LVMH, down 3.94 percent, ArcelorMittal, down 3.17 percent, and Total, down 2.40 percent.
In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 closed with a large decrease of 3.74 percent at 4,869.82 points, down 189.35 points.
